Community Transport

Our Community Transport Service aims to provide affordable access for older people to services such as hospital appointments and for social activities. 

 If you do not have a car or are unable to access public transport then we are a one stop Community Transport Service provider for all your needs Our Voluntary Transport service is for people to help them get to hospital medical appointments and alleviate the stress and worry of lengthy, costly travel.

Our volunteer drivers will collect clients from their home in their own cars and take them to their respective hospital appointment.

The volunteers will provide a friendly comfortable transport, a helping arm and assist client to their appointments.

This is an affordable way of connecting for socialising, shopping, meeting friends for a coffee, hairdressers etc.
