The Neuk Mental Health Crisis and Su1cide Prevention Centre - Community Outreach Support in Blairgowrie

The Neuk is offering dedicated outreach support in Blairgowrie over the next 6weeks.

Our aim is simple: to be there for anyone who needs support, a listening ear, or a safe space to talk.

Bari Building (formerly TSB Bank), 55 High Street, Blairgowrie

Every Monday, 3.00pm – 7.00pm

For six weeks from 1 December 2025:

1st, 8th, 22nd, 29th December and 5th January

(We may continue this programme depending on community need.)

What We Offer

1:1 support for anyone experiencing suicidal thoughts

Support for those bereaved by suicide

A confidential, welcoming space

Information on mental health and wellbeing resources

Opportunities for the community to share what support would be helpful going forward

Additional Support Options

You can also access support at our Perth Centre, with telephone or face-to-face appointments available.

We can assist with travel costs where needed.
